How it Works: Gentle rejuvenating relaxation by-passes the conscious mind, opening the subconscious to positive suggestion designed to inspire positive changes to help you help yourself.

 

You are in complete control, unlike stage hypnosis which is a completely different process.

  • We discuss your objective in depth, breaking your goal for therapy into achievable steps using a mutually agreed therapy plan. You are led into relaxation, my voice is accompanied by soft background music.
  • The experience is unique to you, some people ‘feel’ a response, others use their mind’s eye. Others ‘intuit’ solutions.
  • Post-session you receive a recording, (not all therapists offer this). This alleviates pressure to reach a given  ‘level’ during the appointment. Progress is measured regularly.

Pre-appointment: we communicate by telephone/email addressing your questions.   If the issue is outside the realms of my expertise, I will be honest enough to tell you. Duration of therapy depends on your commitment to the process. An average of 3 or 4 sessions is the norm, sometimes it’s one or two, sometimes 5 or 6 for more complex issues.
